UTF-8 is normally a very common used character set (as far as I know).

Maybe you could use WAMP to create your website for now.

It makes a virtual web server with MySQL, PHP, ect installed.

Just drop the files you want to test in *path to wamp*/www/ ,open the web browser and surf to http://localhost/

I use it to create scripts on my computer.

And when I finish them, I upload them here.

The admins will fix them as soon as they are online.

If you know the the names of the database or tables you can use SQL Injection and wipe the whole database or table.

You could prevent this using this php command e.g.: $string = mysql_escape_string($string);

I've seen but didn't think it was that great. The fact that you can only install it on the day of the giveaway and not re-install if there is trouble and you can't even install updates just makes it fully functioning trial software with a time limit to me.

That is true.

Cause it's free there are limitations.

You can't update for instants. And you can only use the GAOTD installer on the day itself.

Then you have to download the installer of the creator site and if you find it, use the GOATD serial key.
