  1. A while back I've purchased a dedicated IP to be able to install an SSL-certificate. The current SSL certificate will expire at the end of the month, so I've renewed it. It is installed in cPanel without a problem, but for some reason it will not activate.

The previous 2 renewals, using the same approach went without a problem, but cPanel won't activate the latest renew.

    Error message:

The certificate could not be installed on the domain “lab22.tk”.
error : This IP address "216.218.192.174" is shared with other users. Because your server does not support <abbr title="Server Name Indication" class="initialism">SNI</abbr>, you must have a dedicated IP address to install an SSL-secured website.

    Account information:

    Username: tjoene

    domain: lab22.heliohost.org

    server: Stevie

    Thanks on advance.

  2. Your account was suspended for running too many cron jobs. To help keep load low, we limit accounts to two (2) cron executions in a 24 hour period. This means that, if you only have a single job, it can run no more frequently than once every 12 hours, with two jobs, they can each only run once a day, and so on.

    Your account has been unsuspended.

  3. Deleting your account from cPanel isn't possible. You need to use the script that you used in the screenshot.

If your password doesn't work, try to change it in cPanel and try the script again.

In case you can't log in to cPanel, let us know and we will manually reset your password and email it to you.

  4. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost.

A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish.

If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example:

    user1: unsuspend

    user2: backup

    user3: backup, idontreadrules.com

    user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org

  5. For the IP address fee, is it one-time or yearly? I got different answers, when I searched our website. For the Let's Encrypt, to verify the ownership, they will create some files inside the website. Do we (consider to) officially support that script? Otherwise, I need to manually sync the verification files.
IP address is yearly according to Krydos (who pretty much runs the place). I'd have to ask though, as our website tells a different story. As for Lets Encrypt, I don't know if we support it as I haven't personally read the detailed documentation for their service. If it uploads something over FTP, you're probably good. If it uses SSH, it's not supported. Also, I think browsers will still see security warnings in its current state (it hasn't gotten the cross-certificates it needed last I heard).

You don't need SSH to run the client. Let's encrypt has provided an option to manually verify the domain's ownership. All you need is to upload a file under a specific folder that the Let's encrypt client provide to you.

The only requirement is that you need a linux machine available to execute the client. There isn't one available for windows yet. However, you can use a VM for this, like I have done.
