Have you tried to change your password in cPanel and then remove, re-create and re-assign all the database users?

Your account was suspended for the following reason:
Malware. 1 file(s). Html.Exploit.CVE_2015_0072 FOUND
That means that there are some malware files found on your account.
For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended.
To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information.
If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi
Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.
If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

I've been experiencing long loading times with phpmyadmin as well sometimes.
Some days are betters then others.
They should be resolved once krydos has fixed Mysql on stevie.
-
MySQL on johnny has been fixed, but on stevie is still being repaired.
At the moment, MySQL and PhpMyAdmin seems to be working on Stevie.

Your forumname does match the one that is used when you registered.

It's normal that you see 0.00MB in cPanel. The data is still there.
Before your site can work, you need to re-create your database users:
The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data. -
Composer is an dependency resolver, which downloads the sources for you.
It requires that you have access to SSH, which we don't offer.
You can do the same by getting the sources from github directly: https://github.com/mailgun/mailgun-php/
If you don't have experience with installing the sources in your project, it's best to follow this: https://github.com/mailgun/mailgun-php/blob/master/SharedHostInstall.md
