His account is archived. I guess he wants to unarchive it.

Heliohost is supported by an active community of volunteers (and the volunteers tries to minimize the burden of admins). Btw, you didn't quite reply to @sohamb's question. Do you have a previous account which needs moving to Tommy? or you want an invite to create a new one? either way an admin will verify the donation and do the needful [and assuming your transaction id is of Paypal's]
-
No problem with Tommy. Try resetting your password.
-
There is no use in creating a new topic for the same issue. wolstech, already replied to you in your previous post as to why your account is suspended. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/37724-solved-suspended-hh-otmanait/?do=findComment&comment=167564

Update: Installed Pockets Wallet app in my mobile, created a free virtual visa and successfully added in Paypal. So this is the best method for Indians to donate to HelioHost using debit card / bank account thru ICICI wallet.
-
Pockets Wallet by ICICI Bank is worth a try Pockets is a convenient wallet service backed by the trust of ICICI bank. Anybody can signup and make use of Pockets wallet and being an ICICI Bank customer is no compulsion. A free virtual visa credit card is offered with the wallet which can be used to make payments across all online merchants in India. https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/bank-wallet/pockets/pockets.html

[Solved] Request for space increase in Tommy
vanisk replied to infantex's topic in Escalated Requests
Users who wish to receive support via email, sends their emails to support@heliohost.org and they will automatically be posted in Email Support with tag "HH#" & unique number for volunteers to respond to. Your previous space increase request: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/34385-hh223708-re-heliohost-finances/#223708 An admin will increase space for you. (after verifying donation?) -
I'm interested in GoLang too.

Sorry, my mistake the script i posted for deletion is for Account Deletion. (@sohamb03, thanks for pointing it out)

We can donate using crypto currencies. https://www.heliohost.org/donate/
-
If you are talking about removing yourname.heliohost.org subdomain, then Change your main domain by http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain/ After that delete the heliohost subdomain by http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
-
@sohamb03, Thank you. Noted for future reference.

Please post the transaction id (if donated through paypal) or your email address if donated through GoFundme campaign.

[HH#166026] My website is always backup bebause of the maintenance .
vanisk replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
It seems like you are on Tommy when he crashed (unfortunately). But he is now up and ready and Improved. So please take a backup of your site from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ and signup for a new account. If you are a donor, please provide transaction id to get a Tommy invite email. Further please provide your username and domain address. -
I followed the tutorial too and i got the same 404. So i re-read the tutorial to find out that for the first time our app to work, we have to wait for the apache reset. Also try clearing cache. After that we can modify as much as we want and can test (without waiting for the apache reset). [btw there should be a file named app.js]
