Not sure how it's done in GoDaddy. All my domains are from NameCheap.

Amnt sure if this can be done. My logic states that you just need the nameserver to be operational. So how about adding a glue nameserver for your domain pointing to 8.8.8.8 and adding that some with HelioHost ns2. Just give it a shot... Never tried it before. Maybe it can solve your problem.

And, I know this isn't on topic, but the PHP, will it be updated to 5.3 for Tommy?

In all probability, you mean 7.3 coz 5.x till 5.6 have reached EOL. (Actually including 5.6 but it's still in active usage).

Probably the ns1 issue is fixed now, coz it's loading for me.

All accounts on Tommy are formatted so anyways that's not there. Just checked for Johnny, it's not there so it's successfully deleted.

Your account wasn't erased. Tommy's being rebuilt due to a recent crash. Hence it's formatted and all accounts in it are gone.

 

Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup with your previous Tommy credentials. Now what you can do is wait for Tommy to come back and create an account again.

 

Otherwise you can temporarily create an account on Ricky which can be moved to Tommy after he's back. If you're a donor is your transaction ID and you can receive an invite. Otherwise consider signing up at midnight UTC when the registrations open up.

All the accounts on Tommy have been formatted...so cant help it. You'll have to recreate your account when he's back.

I'm trying to point a new domain from GoDaddy to Helio NS servers and am getting "ns2.heliohost.org, Query refused" as an error. Is it because my new account wasn't created yet? The new domain I'd be using is kindred.com.br

Try again now. It wasn't resolving sometime back. Now it is. Too much problems with the nameservers today, no idea why!

No you needn't add Cloudflare.... AutoSSL will generate a DV certificate for it when Apache on Ricky restarts.

 

Yes the ns1 had gone down a short while ago, as reported by my monitor. However it's back now.

Try clearing your cache. It loads fine for me.

 

For Sportsnixe, check out the certificate again, it now shows the AutoSSL DV certificate.
