Assuming you're on Johnny since you're asking this question, I'll answer your questions about this. Cloudflare is nothing but a means of proxying the traffic to your website through a separate IP and hence troublemakers aren't able to see your public IP, in this case Johnny's IP, where your site is hosted.

If you're on Tommy and Ricky, Cloudflare wouldn't be the ideal choice as it'll interfere with AutoSSL and break the website.

However, you can safely change your nameservers to that of Cloudflare. Do remember to add the domain on Johnny first otherwise you'll have to add the domain here before adding on Cloudflare, otherwise you won't be able to add it afterwards.

Coming to the other questions, you'll be able to login to your account as usual. The DNS records are automatically synced with Cloudflare so you'd be able to remain using the email service. As I said earlier, Cloudflare only proxies the traffic to your website, so it'll continue to be hosted on HelioHost itself, and not on Cloudflare.

Do remember one thing, that you'll not be able to use the 'DNS Zone Editor' from your cPanel any longer. If you'd like to add or remove or update any DNS records, you'll have to do it through the Cloudflare dashboard.

Just as a side note, since you only want the SSL, you could go for a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate which can be obtained and installed free of cost on your website and it'll show the green padlock, using this tutorial - https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_an_SSL_Certificate_on_Tommy_with_ZeroSSL . However that only applies to Johnny as Tommy and Ricky have cPanel AutoSSL. Hope that helps!

Try checking the permissions for the files and folders which are 755 and 644 respectively. Do ensure to check the perms for the public_html as well, as it gets mysteriously altered sometimes. (Happened to be as well, after my account got suspended due to load and was unsuspended)

To move to Tommy you'll have to make a minimum of $1 donation and an admin will move your account to Tommy, and you'll not need to do anything.

However, if you don't want to donate, you'll have to take a full account backup, request an account deletion and then signup for Tommy at midnight UTC, when the free sign-ups open up. Remember you'll have to be quick as the sign-ups fill in a few seconds. Then you'll have to restore all your stuff on the new account. And you can have two accounts provided one is on Lily and one is on one of the other there servers. Keeping a double account on Johnny, Ricky or Tommy is of course not allowed, but possessing an account on Lily and another Linux server is absolutely not a problem.

If you've already done, it takes a little time to be deployed and then it should show up the message 'Deployed' with the URL.

You're on Tommy right? Try running AutoSSL manually from the SSL Wizard in cPanel.

Thanks for creating the topic, I'm myself curious about the problem as it isn't a common one, as I infer from cPanel support forum as well. I was going through similar topics and this problem seems quite unique, as most of the problems they've stated are solved by changing DNS settings via WHM, but this seems mostly different and much beyond a WHM fix.

Seems so. They're have been over a dozen such reports on Discord in the past few days.

Also, a user (Denisd3d) on Discord just reported that he created a subdomain and that's also showing Queued. That's dl.denisd3d.cf . Ideally that shouldn't happen even for a second after the creation.

Maybe Krydos needs to look into this matter. I'm sure it's some sort of problem with Johnny.
