  1. Hi. We do not use "Babbel - Collective Intelligence" since that template was a gift from our collaborator. I asked him and he told me that he acquired the template and he doesn't know anything about that "Babbel - Collective Intelligence" apparently this causes all subdomains to fail too. the same template of a subdomain has a friend of mine in another hosting and has no problems, really, I don't know what I can do. Even so, thank you all for your support, thank you very much friends.

I could not find the problem, as far as I can see this has affected the domain and subdomains with different templates. when visualizing the error, I see that there is a path "public_html / system / classes / class_page.php" this "System" directory has not been created by me, moreover, I don't even find it in the root. Is it possible that the directory is part of the hosting? because I cannot access it and therefore I cannot perform any verification. I have reviewed the language in the archives and there is no one to tell me about the language.

  6. Several days ago I created the subdomain (espanol.radioretroperu.com) wait for the dns to activate but too many days have passed and the subdomain is not shown. could someone tell me why I can't see my active subdomain? Is there something that can be done? thanks.

Lo que usted me dice , ya lo hemos corregido hace mucho. no hacemos spam, no dañamos a los demas. hemos dicho que somos una emisora de radio con mas de 8 años al aire en peru y reconocida, estuvimos probando aqui y no tenemos intencion de hacer spam o algo parecido, es una pena que tengan esa opinion de nosotros. estamos agradecidos por todo el tiempo que estuvimos aqui. por favor, ELIMINE TOTALMENTE nuestra cuenta para liberar nuestro dominio e irnos a otro lugar mas adecuado.

  8. Hola! una pregunta. estamos colocando una web de prueba en https://romanticas.ml/

     sin embargo tenemos dificultad para que el logo o cualquier otra imagen se pueda ver. hemos cambiado los permisos y no hemos logrado poder mostrar alguna imagen. esta misma web si se puede apreciar con todas sus imagenes en otro hosting de otra empresa, pero cuando la hemos subido aqui el problema es con las imagenes, no podemos lograr que se vean, alguna opcion que pueda tener para lograrlo? algo que deba hacer?

  10. Hola de nuevo. y disculpe que escriba en español. primero que todo, muchas gracias por entender nuestro caso y darnos la opción de continuar con ustedes, creo que son un gran servicio. Hemos decidido hacer lo que nos sugiere, hemos cambiado las contraseñas de los buzones de correo asi como del cPanel. mi pregunta es, ya que por error creamos una segunda cuenta cuyo usuario es "emisoras" (https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/35076-suspended-emisoras/) y sabiendo ahora que solo es una cuenta por usuario, esta cuenta la elimino yo o lo hacen ustedes? espero su respuesta y gracias una vez mas por su comprension.

  11. Hola, disculpen que no pueda escribir en ingles ya que me cuesta mucho espero me entiendan. Soy el propietario de la cuenta que lamentablemente suspendieron. hemos revisado el historial de nuestra web y efectivamente hace aproximadamente un mes recibimos un email de un supuesto hacker, que decia que tenia control de nuetra cuenta y de nuestro email, nosotros lo ignoramos, de alli en adelante no sabemos que mas paso en nuestra cuenta ya que no nos dedicamos a hacer trampa o fraude por medios electronicos, somos una radio emisora en linea con mas de 7 años al aire y reconocidos en nuestro pais, perú. lamentamos mucho esto sucedido y estamos en heliohost porque un amigo nos recomendó, sin embargo no ha hecho mas que darnos problemas por falta de seguridad de ambas partes. le pedimos ante todo las disculpas del caso y le pedimos por favor que elimine nuestras cuentas retrope y emisoras ( que ha sido por falta de informacion duplicada) de su base de datos ya que tanto a ustedes como a nosotros nos a causado problemas. No queremos malos entendidos con ustedes por ello que pasamos a retirarnos de su servicio. fue un muy educativo y de mucha experiencia participar con ustedes.   14. I've requested that my main domain change for a long time now. I read everywhere that it takes 48 hours so I'm just wondering how come mine is taking such a long time?
    I tried the link in the account page (http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain) perhaps I did someting wrong.
    Anyway, my main domain is retrope.heliohost.org, and I'd like it to change to radioretroperu.com.
    Otherwise, could you change it for me?
