Hello, guys! I have a huge data table, my concern is if I can't upload it to your server through PhpMyAdmin. This table contains the names of all countries, states and cities of the world. I need it because I'm implementing a sign up form and these data are strictly necessary. I know there must be out there other ways to retrieve that information. But... Is it possible to upload or import over 200MB of data to your PhpMyAdmin? If so, how can I do this? The file is zipped. Thank you

This question was changed to https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36204-how-to-import-big-files-to-phpmyadmin/
Thank you

Where do I create the file? In what folder?Go to the settings in the upper right of cPanel File Manager and enable the "show hidden files (dot files)" option. If you still don't see it, you can just create a new one.
Guys, I got it! You're awesome! Thank you!! I just created the .htaccess file copied and pasted the proposed code into it and in the root directory and bingo!

Alright, but... I believe that I don't have one. How do I create it? Do I just click on create new file and name it .htaccess and then add the code above given by you? Could you give me an example?
Do as flazepe directed first. However if u still don't find that file then your method is correct.
Oh, now I understood. I'll try here, then I'll let you know, guys!

Add the following code to your .htaccess file (create new if u don't have one) :
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

Hi, there! Howdy, all? This time, my question is related to how I can force https only throughout my website. Well, I've installed my certificates via ZeroSSL, just by following the instructions given by you at: https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate
Ok, excellent! It's all working. But even so, I notice that if I type http it still there. What I want is that when a user types http as if it were the default protocol and then presses "enter", he/she is automatically redirected to the https version. That's all, guys. So... How do I do this? Thank you!

It should be working now. Your folder permission wasn't 755. I also added environment.php as a test. You can delete it if you want.
http://englishup.heliohost.org/featured_articles/2019/environment.php
So far so good. Thank you very much for your support. I appreciate it. And I've already deleted the file. Thanks!

Hey, I want to access my the page inside my subfolder (The third-level up website: http://englishup.hel...red_article.php). But I can't because of this:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request [...]
Well, I've set the permissions of the internal pages to 644 and the folders are already set to 755. What should I do?
-
-
Make sure your php file permissions are 644.
Oh, thank you so much!! The permissions were set to 664, now I've noticed that and have corrected this. Everything's working fine now.
-
Please clear your cache.
I tried to open it in another browser, it gave me the 500 error. Yesterday, I deleted manually all the site files, so that I could send all files back through FTP using Dreamweaver. I wonder if I deleted any important file. Well, I don't think so, but the truth is that this error has shown to me.

Your englishup.heliohost.org works fine for me and that domain is correctly hosted on Ricky. Everything looks right to me
Weird! Here I see a message: Account Queued
-
Now I've just changed my domain name to englishup.heliohost.org. Can you see if everything's right? Thank you! Can I continue on the same server as before (Ricky's server)?

Is ffmpeg installed on Ricky host? I only need it for testing purposes, nothing more. It's for a tube site I'm developing.
-
Correct. No shell access. No exec() or related functions in PHP. All of them are disabled and will throw an error if you try. Python may still be able to run it though...I've never tried.
Also, I'm not sure if ffmpeg is even installed on Ricky. I only know its on Tommy...
Oh, thanks. I will study more about Python.
-
It's actually already installed if you're on Tommy, there's just no good way to use it since we don't allow shell access or exec().
Python and the like may be able to use it, but I'm not familiar with those languages.
I am on Ricky. Do you mean then I can't use shell access or exec()?
-
I wouldn't recommend it because it usually results in you ending up suspended for high load. Our servers don't really have the resources to be doing video conversions.
My website is only for test. I will not upload or allow users to upload a lot of videos. Even so, is it impossible?

Hello, I am trying to implement a tube website and I'd like to know if it's possible to install and use ffmpeg. If so, how can I do this? Is there any tutorial that can teach this? Thank you very much.

You forgot the .heliohost.org on the end of the domain. I added it for you. Give it a few hours and it should start working.
Oh, man. Thank you very much. I really did not know that I had to add it on the end of it there. Anyways, thanks, but now I have another problem: I can't see my files, because it shows a page called "Account queued". Why?
Oops, sorry. I was trying to acess the wrong URL, the old one, clitown.heliohost.org, now it's already set to wd4all.heliohost.org. Thank you very much.

Hello, Are you good?
Well, I just would like to change my primary domain from clitown.heliohost.org to wd4all.heliohost.org? I already filled in a form. Should I wait? Or is there any way to do it manually? Thank you very much, gentlemen. My username is roguitar and my server is Ricky
