  1. Hello I noticed that my account (etilkcom) on tommy was suspended. But I do login quite often. I have also donated some money to heliohost. What is the point and what should I do to get my website back?
  2. Hello, our site https://etilk.com is accessible but non of our subdomains is. Including "System" subdomains. https://muskamp.etilk.com https://cpanel.etilk.com https://webmail.etilk.com ...   4. Thank you very much! I contacted police and it would be great if I can send them logs. Can you send it to me? Or will you send it directly to them? I found your email in spam. But because your form automatically fills my username I sent wrong username. jakobhos instead of etilkdoo. This is important, because we cannot modify whole backup system. Can you delete account jakobhos and send me new invite? Also can you delete some old account jackyyes. Because of it I cannot link this forum account to etilkdoo. Thank you very much.
  5. One possible way that I see is directly through ftp. Do you have any brute force attack protection on ftp? Because it was not brute force directly on WP site it would notify me.
  6. Can you at lest send me server logs about that attack? So we can follow attacker? And can you give me an advice how to prevent such attacks, because I do not know where leak was. Thank you.

  8. Oh and also can you explain what is AnonymousFox hack to me. I was not able to find anything useful about it on Google. We had troubles with brute force attacks on our sites. But they were trying to guess password for not existing usernames. Then we just blocked IPs that are not from our country. Can you tell me since when we could be affected with malware. So I can restore right backup. When I check our backups and diffs (we do backup using git) there is nothing unusual in our backups. Thank you

  16. I mean about domain changing and migrating account and files. Can I have two accounts for a limited time until I migrate site? Is ti possible just to transfer it?

  18. Can you tell me the times when is Ricky restarting? Because sometimes ti takes 20 seconds to load page and sometimes 2. And I have 50% of chance to load it in 20 seconds. Can you reduce restarting?
  19. I use version 7. But problem isn't in WordPress. 3 seconds is not time to load whole page. But it is server response time. It takes 6 seconds to load page. After server response is time that wordpress takes.
  20. Google says that it needs 3.7 seconds for server response from https://etilk.com and 3 seconds for https://muskamp.etilk.com. Speedtest: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights I know that we use wordpress, but 3 seconds for respose is embarasing. And 3 seconds for response have google. What about our clients on bad internet connection? They tell us that they get timeout errors. What can we do about it? I know there is Tommy option. But I do not believe it will be any better if the problem is somewhere else and not in times that you are showing. And loading depends. Sometimes it takes one minute to load and sometimes 1 second. And I always have the same internet speed. There must be something really wrong. I cannot hit restarting server time in 50 % of accessing my page. Thank you.

  22. There would be option but that would make no sense. You cannot unsubscribe if you are not subscribed. We do not create list from emails that they send us (it is now even ilegal).
  23. As said there is no list so our emails do not contain unsubscribe option. Clients contact us over form or get our email address from web page where is described how they send request (over email) for deleting their personal data. All instructions are described here: https://etilk.com/splosni-pogoji-uporabe/ We never contact them first, but they still can ask us to delete old emails (because of GDPR).
