I made my account some time ago, then when i try to enter says that my account is suspended or bloqued, or something, it say make a backup and do a new account, i did it. I did a new account with same mail, diferent user and diferent password. The problem it is now two accounts it is available for my mail. So i having problems sometimes to enter and the system it is using my old account. Can you remove my old account please?
