Hello, I have received the invitation to return to Tommy, when I use it, create the account, and said the account is being created, then when I try to log in it says: Account Status That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to extended maintenance on the server that you were on. Occasionally we need to rebuild our servers to keep them operating at peak performance. This process usually takes a week or so. In the meantime we recommend downloading your backup, and then creating a new account. You can follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook for the latest news. Once your server is operational again we will make a news post, and then you will be able to transfer your account back to the server you were on if you want to. If you need help with anything please don't hesitate to contact support. I don´t understand what i have to do next?, i have to wait?, it is this normal?

Ok wolstech, i hope you fix this soon, i don´t know if it is important, when i am doing the parking domain instead to show something don,t show anything, then i refresh the page and see not added, the domain not appears in the console but when i try next times the error occurs. My other 2 domains are working now!, i know 1 is ok, the other one i need to check if it is working properly, and i hope we can have ardin.es working today. Many thanks!

i think the problem it is with the subdomain ardin.thoro.heliohost.org instead of the domain ardin.es

Hi, I'm one of those affected by Tommy's problem.I created a new account with another email in Jonny.I still don't have any sites running.I'm trying to fix it but it's crazy. I don't have my databases that were updated.I can't get the domains hosted.You don't give me the backup or my files.I'm desperate. i found that you send me a wrong backup, this backup it is from a old account. The user that i was using in tommy was "thorastu" and not "thorast", thorast i am using it only here in forum, so please can you search for my files?. Only the files html must be about 20 mb and the size of databases i don´t know but it is very important to me to have the databases. User: thorastu @mail: thorastur@hotmail.com In the other hand, we need to made new databases, new mails, new passwords, new directorys, etc?, I am confused, i think all work for do the websites it is lost, Thanks in advance

I need help, I can't get my backup, I don't know if I'm entering the data correctly or there's no backup yet.It is very important for me to recover at least the databases. I have created a new account in Jhonny but I have problems with my domains.Could you please remove these domains from DNS clusters in order to add them correctly: comoganarenlaruleta.gatimerestart.gaardin.es My previous user: thorastuMy new user: thoro And a question, I donated to have more 1GB space in Tommy, when everything is fixed I recover this in the new server?.So, please i need to know whats is the next steps for fix all.I hope you remove DNS clusters soon and i can have my sites working at least.
