Hi, I'm one of those affected by Tommy's problem.I created a new account with another email in Jonny.I still don't have any sites running.I'm trying to fix it but it's crazy. I don't have my databases that were updated.I can't get the domains hosted.You don't give me the backup or my files.I'm desperate. i found that you send me a wrong backup, this backup it is from a old account. The user that i was using in tommy was "thorastu" and not "thorast", thorast i am using it only here in forum, so please can you search for my files?. Only the files html must be about 20 mb and the size of databases i don´t know but it is very important to me to have the databases. User: thorastu @mail: thorastur@hotmail.com In the other hand, we need to made new databases, new mails, new passwords, new directorys, etc?, I am confused, i think all work for do the websites it is lost, Thanks in advance

(XID jnbjxw) A DNS entry for the domain “ardin.thoro.heliohost.org” already exists. Hello friends, My domains are being blocked by facebook so I decided to investigate the problem. I use this tool: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx That shows you which companies are marking as spam. Then i see that the company BACKSCATTERER has blacklist the ip from Tommy, Ricky and Johnny has not problem. In this link of the company you can check the ip 65.19.143.6 (Tommy) http://www.backscatterer.org/?target=test And you can see how to fix it, The blacklist expire on 06.06.2019 21:53 CEST. But if you don´t do anything to fix it i think will be blacklist again. Please check this!, it can be a bad configuration, or something like this! I hope you can fix it! regards Nacho

I redirect the main domain to the subdomain and works! The problem it is the look like subdomain. It is possible to change the url from subdomain to domain?, perhaps in .htaccess?. .

Thanks again wolstech, i never see this before neither. The domain mx record is a name not a ip, so i don´t know how to fill it. I think i can transfer the domain to another registrar, but i think i need to wait 2 months before i can do this. I will try to do lie you said , try to the subdomain work in any form. Actually i see that freenom not allow me to do new domains, but i had one that can use for this, and they allow me to renew too, so i think the new one that i paid perhaps i will cancel it. I will try to use it but if i can´t not problem i remove it, only cost 1 E The problem it is that this domain was consolidated, i have a lot work now to fight with google, firefox, extensions, etc. I want to advice all people that use Freenom, don´t do a lot of domains with same name, don´t abuse doing a lot of domains. I have added my subdomain of my domain in heliohost Now i thing i can redirect all traffic of the subdomain to the main perhaps in .htaccess? And what to do with the domain register dns? If i change a record with the ip from heliohost then if you go to mydomain then you se helihost page saying "Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel." is this normal? Hello Wolstech and thank you for the help, the problem is that the option for change NS record it is not possible, only in subdomains, so i made a subdomain, for example: one.mydomain.es then option NS record it is enable and i can use ns1.heliohost.org. and ns2.heliohost.org. so now i don´t know how to do for all request to one.mydomain.es go to mydomain.es i don´t know how to configure the domain and the subdomain properly or if i need only configure one or both, What to do? i am lose

Freenom has suspended one of my domains for no reason, they don´t advice or notice me anything. So now i buy a domain with Strato, but i have a problem, they don´t allow to change name servers. I have to change the configuration of DNS, and i don´t know how to do this. They ask me for this: Register A Register AAAA Register MX Register TXT (included SPF y DKIM) Register SRV Dynamic DNS Please need help to know how to configure this to point to Heliohost.

Hello krydos thank you for respond, i never had problems before, every time i used in the past in my websites with Heliohost the google console and try to fetch my pages show complete at fist time and very fast but now it is having problems, very slow and i have to ask google console a lot of times to fetch my page becouse say "temporary unreachable" or "partial" every time. I attach a image to show you. Not is problem of sitemap.xml, i have a sitemap.xml in each domain, never had problems about it, it is normal had a sitemap for each domain. Do you installed some security or something recently that can been interfering?. Can you check with any website if this happend to you? or can someone try to check in google search console- fetch as Google if works ok for you?.

Google fix it, now it is working ok the cache!, but i continue having problems of indexing. I did a new post.

Hello, i am having problems of DNS when trying to index my webpages and now i am sure. My webpages it is charging well and good speed in the test of speed by Google, but when i use the search console i am having lot of problems. If send sitemap.xml i am having this error: Attached file you can see the image error in spanish, i translate for you: We can´t read your sitemap error general http An error hapend when try to access the sitemap. Be sure you are follow our rules and it be in the correct link and try again. The link i am sure it is correct, and i attach my sitemap.xml for you see it is ok. sitemap.xml I look for this error in google and i see it is about DNS so please check what it is the problem and try to fix it. And i am having problems in search console when fetch a url in Fetch as Google, a lot of times the status is partial and says Googlebot couldn't get all resources for this page. Here's a list:. This is happend few days ago until today and continue. And it is happing in both of my webpages. Can you check if this happend only for me? What can i do?
