I am also one of the members of the administrators of my college team website. Is this violating the T&C of heliohost?

Hi, I am facing a problem of SSL while trying to access https://whm.distribure.cf/ or https://cpcalendars.distribure.cf/ . It says: "whm.distribure.cf uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for tommy.heliohost.org Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN " HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is activated on my website. So there is no change of adding exception. I am using Let's Encrypt Cert. as I faced some activation problem with the cPanel's Cert which was provided. You can check it by going into phpMyAdmin

Sometime you will face this problem with Cloudflare. Try to refresh multiple times. If possible, remove cloudflare, they slow down your site. I faced the same problem.

Hi, I'm using Heliohost from 2017. But this month I faced problem. I got an email stating that I have not logged in since last one month. I generally directly log into my CPanel. But Still I logged in into the heliohost.org at least thrice a month. Today my account got suspended and I have to reactive my account. So will you please let me know why I'm facing such a problem? Quoting a part of the mail: "Your hosting plan at HelioHost has been discontinued for inactivity. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. The last time you logged in was 2018-04-28.
