I know you are probably told this all the time but if you are connecting to it through a program that you have coded yourself make sure that you close the connection even if there is an error within the program. That's what people tend to miss, the connection is still open if the program is closed.

No I think you have miss understood, the account mextri is in no way related to me. In fact the owner of that account had created it before he became my client. He then asked me to add the domain etc. Sorry for the confusion! Ill have a look now to see if I can. Unfortunately no, failed with error: (XID f96ga7) "A DNS entry for “mextri.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed."

Yeah okay sorry, I dont own that account but the person who owns that account I have made a website for as he isnt tech savvy to put it so I was just helping him out. He has given me explicit permission to use the account to set him up.

Okay I think the owner of that account is moving to Tommy server so if you cant find the account that will be why.

Yeah, I got that error so I deleted the account that didn't work on my iPad however the accounts on my phone work fine? Maybe it was that... What I do know, is that they are the only things accessing the IMAP account to my knowledge.
