Yeah okay sorry, I dont own that account but the person who owns that account I have made a website for as he isnt tech savvy to put it so I was just helping him out. He has given me explicit permission to use the account to set him up.

Okay I think the owner of that account is moving to Tommy server so if you cant find the account that will be why.

Yeah, I got that error so I deleted the account that didn't work on my iPad however the accounts on my phone work fine? Maybe it was that... What I do know, is that they are the only things accessing the IMAP account to my knowledge.

Hello admin, Sorry to ask you this again but can you please unblock my ip on the account baileyjm as it blocked me again. I have resolved the issue with me being blocked, it was to do with my email IMAP being configured incorrect. Thanks, Bailey
