[Solved] Is Tommy Down? What Happened To My Account's Myhelioservlet?
Bailey replied to Amoss's topic in Escalated Requests
I've had a little think and this may be totally wrong but perhaps the WAR file was cached, hence why it worked again but the cache has expired, presenting a 404? -

I'm guessing seems you've got a 404 problem that the file has been moved, Tommy isnt down. Have you tried re-uploading? -
Have you tried clearing your cache?
-
Yes, please donate (minimum $1) and you will receive and email for an invite to Tommy. Please ignore that email and post on here your transaction ID. An admin will then move you from Johnny to Tommy.

What is your website? I have used Framework7 before, I suggest you have a look at that because it has Material and iOS design in one file! https://Framework7.io -

I doubt you'd have to worry about JavaScript because hardly anyone has it disabled now but you can include a "Please enable JavaScript to view content". -

You can use the w3school's html include. I'll find the link for you [Edit: Link below ]. https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_html_include.asp Or you can use frameworks but I would recommend this option. -
I basically cleared all cookies, blocked all cookies, removed local storage and cache manually. Visited the forum in Chrome Inspect with it set to a 4K monitor to ensure no mixup then re-allowed cookies. It was a mixture of old and new data everywhere. Sorry for the late reply, only just saw this.

Just trying to help. Sorry.

Is the css not being shown properly? Also, may I have a link to the admin page please.
-
Just check all permission so we know that its not to do with that, because that's the only problem I can see. Everything else looks fine.
-
Okay it seems to be that you are trying to access it with "maicol07_maicol" however it is set to "maicol07_user" (or the other way round.) Try resolving this or add both users: _user and _maicol to the Database with all permissions.
-
Thats really strange... could you try to run it again and send me the error you are getting please.
-
Okay, Id reset your password then. Everything seems correct. Change your password and try again. I that doesnt work could you please show me your "SSL" and "Advanced" tab please
-
So these settings are the same as shown?: Database User
-
That looks right to me, give me a moment to check things over. Okay it must be somethings to do with your user. Have you done this: (image)? And then clicked add?
-
Then it should work, can you send me a screenshot of the program you are using, on the screen where you enter your details?
-
Have you added the user to the database with all permissions? This can be done in cPanel through MySQL databases.
-
Okay, have you got the host set to [server].heliohost.org?
-
Okay, may I please have the snippet of code that connects to your database?
