    Hi, Is create user syntax allowed when i execute that statement? I wanted to allow a user to be registered on MySQL (not thru cpanel) so that the max_user connection will not show in the future.

    I know that i can connect now without using SSL but it is turned on as shown on the screenshot.

    Before it doesn't show that error when i use this connection settings. It all started from January 3, 2018 up till now.
