  1. Yes, it always depends on the severity. I mean, imagine if an illegal Mexican alien raped a young girl who got good marks at school and was really nice, and then killed her? That is just not justifiable. How can you allow the criminal to go free after such an incident?! I mean, death itself is the least the criminal would deserve, no, not the least, it is less than what the criminal deserves. If it were up to me to decide, the criminal would have the bones in his hands crushed, as with the arms. And then his penis burned off, his testicles crushed and ripped off. Then the legs run over with a car. And the neck twisted around until it was broken. And the mouth punched until the teeth were knocked out and the tongue bitten off by the criminal himself. Then impaled vertically with a blunt wooden stake. Anyone with a conscience would justify that for such a crime.
  2. Can't handle it? Then that's exactly why schools should boost their [bleeped!]-education.
  3. Well, if you were beaten and then killed. You would just want your murderer to be set free? Then they will never realize the true crime they have committed and they may go off to kill more people. Not that I have qualms about you being killed.
  4. Hmm, then I guess the way you put it, the deceased should not have their decisions made for them by other people, and their bodies would best be put to rest.
  5. Well, I wouldn't exactly call that terrorism, as the North Koreans are fighting for a cause. Not that I support their cause. But anyway, I think the United States should deal with that, it may be a real threat. But I expect they are reluctant to do so after the Iraq situation started. But I think the real evil ones are the ones who keep on criticizing our government for going to Iraq. Because that may be the reason why the government is not looking into the North Korean situation, because they are afraid they will be criticized further. But I'll be glad to see the people who criticize the Bush Administration die if North Korea really does have nuclear weapons. It would sure teach them a lesson.
  6. Ah yes, the Schiavo thing. Well, in that case I suppose I would be reluctant for the organs to be given away, as they may have fallen into disrepair. But typically, if the cadaver gives permission, then his/her organs should be given to those in need. It would actually be respecting the person's wishes. Not at all disrespectful.
  7. I believe that [bleeped!] is a natural part of life, and movies should not be rated R merely for having [bleeped!] in them.
  8. I expect you're referring to the Iraq situation. Well, it's not our fault that the Iraqis against us have messed up minds. I mean, we are there to help not only them, but the world. If we don't stop the terrorists now, they will only increase and destroy us later.
  9. I'm glad they don't have guards like that at my school. I mean, I bring a $450 Pocket PC and a $400 iPod to school everyday. A PSP?! I wish I had one.
  10. Well, if the person says that he/she will allow his/her organs to be taken away after he/she dies, then who has the right to talk about disrespect then?!
  11. I think that movies rated PG-13 or R merely for "language", as they call it, should be rated PG.
  12. Whoops. I thought it was overpollution. Well, my answer is still yes. I mean, the governments of the world should promote contraception, if there are too many people, we will run out of resources. Then everything will become expensive, and many people will starve. My brother will be glad to hear that the US is stopping the Mexicans. he thinks that they reproduce not unlike a virus.
  13. lol, my brother would agree with you. He thinks that bad words should be allowed. And so what if the babies learn bad words? They will eventually learn them anyway. I mean, it is the same with those MPAA movie ratings, more than 99% of the people who can understand the dialogue in the movies already know the swear words anyway.
  14. You mean your school does those random searches where they take one person out of every three that enter the school? I ahve always thought that is a dumb idea, with a 66.7% chance of error.
  15. Yes, just because you choose to use the airline as a form of transportation doesn't mean you should have your privacy rights stripped of you. The majority of airline passengers should be given privacy rights to some extent.
  16. Unless that is done outside of school, or during freetime, the teacher shoul definitely be sacked for doing so. I mean, they are not being paid to convert people's opinions!
  17. Hmm, then perhaps it would be unlikely. Many Americans right now are not rich enough to afford a new car, so I expect people would rebel against the law if it was in fact passed.
  18. Well, the schools can use metal detectors then. I mean, if they are suspected of having firearms, then they can be searched, as in an airport. But other than that, they should have good privacy.
  19. Your teacher is probably a bimbo, thinking that. I mean, woman have worked for several centuries for equality among humans, and now your teacher is telling you this @#$&?! She should be fired, teachers aren't supposed to convince students of their opinions, only to inform them of facts and let the students think for themselves.
  20. Yes, every human should have privacy. I mean, I have always thought that students in the United States don't have any rights. The people can search them and stuff anytime at all.
  21. Yes, if we spend money now, we can save it later. That is why more countries should invest in hydrogen fuel cells, solar energy, hybrid technology, et cetera.
  22. Yes, people should have equal rights and privileges. If they are not allowed to serve in the military, then their progress would start to be in vain.
  23. I voted no, because honestly, who gives a #$%& about what people listen to and watch?
  24. But would you rather pay more money to live a healthy life? Or pay considerably less and have lung cancer?
  25. Well, the jaywalker is risking his/her own life, so why should the authorities care? It is the same with fastening your seatbelt and such, why should you be punished for risking your own life? It's not as though you're putting anyone else in danger.
