I thought I used an older email address when I signed up with Stevie, mirandalouise@casema.nl but I no longer have access to this email. I tried getting the backup using the other email adress, ending with @ziggo.nl, but I still get the No Backup message for the usernames 4Love_82 and 4Love82. My username on Tommy is mirandal. I tried the backup using mirandal and I got a link sent, but I get an account suspended page when I click the link.

No it was not mirandal thank you. I tried with 4Love_82 and 4Love82 but I get a message saying no backup, also the email address I used on Stevie, I no longer use.

You should register at https://www.heliohost.org/signup/server/ it gives you a validation email with a link. Use this link tonight when signups reopen.

Yesterday I waited for Sign Ups to reopen, in my country this was at 1 AM. I clicked the link in my validation email and was taken to a page where I could choose a server. I chose the production server, Tommy, but got a message saying Tommy was full? This was immediately after sign ups reopened. Will I still be able to create an account on Tommy? I probably was to late for the few accounts.
