Okay, I've upgrade the kernel version now as well.
  2. It looks like PDO SQLite is fine to me. Check your PHPInfo - it's there.
  3. Zak, your domain looks fine. It's giving a 500 error, but that's not a problem with the domain. You should start a new thread on that subject.
  4. Okay, you've been granted a dedicated IP.
  5. I can't modify php.ini for you. Are you sure they don't have PHP files you can put in your directory? Most source encoders have a feature like that.
  6. How did you upload the certificate without a dedicated IP? Don't you need the IP before you can upload the certificate?
  7. Can't PHPShield be installed in a per-application basis? Contact your application's support team or PHPShield's support team about this.
  8. ZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMG Happy Birthday Wizard, and thanks for all your help throughout the ages!
  9. Okay, it's been unblocked.
  10. Whose SMTP server are you using, and why?
  11. You have a 240 MiB core file in public_html - core.23961.
  12. You should do that first, so we don't unnecessarily allocate IPs. Once you have the certificate, reply here (or start a new thread if this one has been closed).
  13. The incoming port is already open. Do you want the outgoing port?

I don't know. I need more people to run security audits.
  15. Okay, this issue should be resolved.
  16. You can't create new databases outside of the cPanel interface. Create the database and user in cPanel, and then import the tables/data through PHPMyAdmin.

Ah, good point! I misread. Their make/make install in php_ext only works for standard installations, though... we don't use a php.d directory and have a non-standard includes directory, so that didn't work. But there was a php_ext/tmp folder with a ./configure that installed the extension to the correct directory, and I just manually added the configuration line to php.ini.
  18. Do you already have an SSL certificate, or do you plan to self-sign?
  19. You aren't asking for hosting support - you're asking for help with your website. You can figure out how .htaccess redirects work on your own. I'm going to deescalate this thread, and if the other admins don't know exactly how to figure this one out they can move this thread to Website Management & Coding. Hint: if you don't know how to use .htaccess, Google it. If you have a specific problem, post your .htaccess and explain the situation.
  20. I don't see what's wrong with the bottom.
  21. You can connect to remote MySQL - that port isn't blocked. You can try finding some random ports that are open, but I'm not comfortable publicly posting our open incoming TCP ports.
  22. Tahir: making another HelioNet account to disguise your multiple HelioHost accounts and posting four times nearly consequently is really not helping your case. Those subdomains are looking fine for me. Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once.
