I appreciate everyone's support
The colocation provider has passed the request up to the database, so as soon as they get to it (presumably today) we'll be back online.
This problem was in two parts:
1) Your domain didn't have an entry in httpd.conf.
2) There was not a generic entry for the IP in httpd.conf, so Apache defaulted to the first account with your IP.
Problem should be fixed.
Our OS information should be in your cPanel, but we're running CentOS 5.4 x64_86. We're using unixODBC as our ODBC driver, so specific ODBC database drivers will need to be compatible with it.
Well... neither did I. Maybe it's a consequence of the IP change?
Anyways, do you want me to give you a dedicated IP back, or have you moved to another provider?
You have a couple of options.
1) You can configure the environment locally, and upload to here. I'd suggest this one.
2) You can try to mess around with cronjobs.
3) You can try to install a CGI shell.
1) We never had Magic Quotes enabled.
2) Since we're running PHP 5.3, we couldn't enable it even if we wanted to.
Are you sure your software provider isn't telling you to change some configuration option?
