  1. Looks like cPanel figured it out. Let me know if you keep having issues... it seems to be working fine for me now.
  2. Oops! Should have had an underscore there instead of a dash. The gem should now be installed... please try again.
  3. Okay, I went ahead and installed the package. Does it look like it's working?
  4. That's weird. PostgreSQL seems to be installed...
  5. Everyone's IP should be 65.19.143.3 now. Give it 24 hours to update. If after 24 hours it isn't updated, let me know and tell me where you're seeing the old IP.
  6. Check out this thread: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?sh...15&start=15. As for git... it's definitely available to root. root@stevie [~]# which git /usr/local/bin/git Could you try prepending "export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/bin;" before your cron command?
  7. Haha, can't blame him for being smug. Pretty hypocritical of us to have typos. Okay, fixed.
  8. Haha, I actually already have this (far down) my to-do list. Wizard: mmhmm, it's definitely possible. I'll post some information in the Moderator Discussion forum.
  9. Also, you could use Tor. It's rather slow from what I hear, though.
  10. Weird... I've submitted a support request to the cPanel folks about this. Hopefully they'll take care of it.
  11. Weird... Has it been consistently running since then?
  12. I went ahead and ran the script this time. Everyone: Please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  13. Pinning this... Wizard and byron - let me know if you're having trouble with the script. It should just be a single command via SSH.
  14. I can't su as you because shell is disabled for users... running commands from a tty is disabled. I went ahead and ran your "bundle install" command as root. Is everything running as expected at this point?
  15. HelioHost doesn't block any IPs. What error are you getting? My guess is that it's your government.
  16. I won't be able to run it as you... but I can try as me. Alternately, if it's just that single command you can try via cron. I'll need your HelioHost username.
  17. This is a very strange-looking error. Definitely not generated by Apache... Have you seen these type of errors from your ISP before?

    Downtime and stuff

At this point I've updated all the scripts except for the signup one. I've got a couple of things to install on Charlie before I make him go live, and I have to add a server selection option to the signup script.
  19. Okay, let me know which commands you need me to run.
  20. I don't think you can bundle install. Can you try to install the packages one-by-one?
  21. Looks like it's working now?
  22. Took me a while, but I think that it worked out. Is it looking like upgraded from your end?
  23. Interestingly enough, I had the same error trying to install sqlite-ruby... but sqlite3-ruby installed just fine. Is everything working for you now?
  24. Yup, looks like it. I'm reducing the number of new accounts we allow daily for now. Hopefully we can get back up to speed soon enough. Besides, we need to delete a bunch of accounts before Stevie is stable again, and that's happening rather slowly right now.
