  1. I can kill your account for you and you can set it up again later. Note that the signup script is currently down, so this is not a good idea.
  2. Alright, let's point out the errors in your argument(s) step by step:We are not a hosting company. We are a non-profit free host. Therefore, we are not obligated to do anything. That's right, I don't have to support you.Whether I can figure out an issue or not has nothing to do with my stance on grammar. Trust me, had I known the solution, I would have responded the same. How much you care is completely irrelevant. If you want support, write professionally. You are in fact good at grammar, as evidenced in the post I am currently quoting. You did an excellent job there. Just write like that in every post and I'll be happy. He can criticize me if he wants; I don't mind. Criticism is always good, but most of the time I disagree with it so it'll probably be ignored. Stop being hypocritical. In case you hadn't noticed, your grammar is just as bad, if not worse, than wwe9112's. Capitalize sentences, don't use all caps, use periods, etc. Not right now - this has to do with buggy cPanel software. I am currently contacting cPanel on fixing it.
  3. A disk partition...? I'm not giving anyone a full disk partition. There are not "reset account" buttons along the shore as far as I know, but you might want to ask your local Coast Guard or Lifeguard organizations. Also, you are not on Ads Unlimited. Learn grammar.
  4. Log into your FTP account. Transfer the ".htaccess" file onto your computer. Open it with WordPad. Remove any lines with PHP in them. Save it. Upload it back to your account.
  5. You're from England. That's where English was invented. The reason you don't use proper English is not that you can't, but rather that you don't care to.
  6. The signup is currently unavailable.
  7. Remind me when auto-ads are actually working.
  8. No exceptions are possible. You can try that configuration and see if it works. That is not PHP configuration, however, so it should be fine.
  9. If you want to ask "u" a question, please PM them directly. As for the signup page, I'm working on that. Awsomejoe: just remove PHP configuration from your .htaccess file. It should be pretty obvious.

    Software Upgrade

No, not really. We just upgraded to Apache 2 last week. What do you think all that downtime was about?
  11. Try saying that again with proper spelling and grammar.
  12. Yes, it is. A lot of things are currently down. Give me some time to take the server back online completely.
  13. I'm surprised you can even access the signup page. It's currently down. Also, stop formatting your whole post. That's completely pointless and makes formatting useless.
  14. Yes, that is possible. If that is so, I would recommend emailing them about the issue and asking them to remove the server from their blacklist.
  15. It's fixed - you were trying to modify php configuration through your .htaccess file. Sorry... this is no longer allowed for security reasons.
  16. Your request has been accepted. Within a week you must put the following ad code in a visible location all through your website: <script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7539134276789186"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 60; google_ad_format = "468x60_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; google_ad_channel ="9412090442"; google_page_url = document.location; google_color_border = "336699"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_url = "008000"; google_color_text = "000000"; //--></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script>Our staff will periodically check your website to make sure that you ads are constantly being displayed on your webpage.
  17. You need to have a better reason than that. Custom ad placement is granted because an applicaton is incompatible with our auto ad placement, not because you have aesthetic concerns.
  18. Both accounts have already been deleted for violating our rules. Also, read our Spam Guide.
  19. I am sorry, but I do not develop cPanel. I cannot edit the source code like that. You can manually convert between character sets, however. Just store the information as integers and convert it. Alternatively, you can serialize information, provide links to XML files, etc.
  20. It's got to be Yahoo's fault then. Check your junk mail folder.
  21. Please PM me the email associated with this account to confirm that the user actually wants this.
  22. Probably one of the mail daemons is down. Try again now.
