  2. Hi @mrxdwolf, Since you are using HelioHost nameservers, it is necessary that one of our root admins manually added the required DNS records for your email to authenticate with SPF and/or DKIM. Domains that do not have SPF and/or DKIM records are unauthenticated and thus rejected by some of the major email account providers such as Gmail. I am escalating your support request to our root admins for fulfilling.
