Hello. I've just tried to retreve the backup of my tommy hosting but unfortunatelly i was unable to get... it says that couldn't find the backup. Can you help me? Thanks in advance

Question 1: That's because Tommy has been formatted and your account doesn't exist there. Question 2: Tommy's accounts haven't been recreated. After he's back a public announcement will be made following which , you'll have to recreate your account manually. Question 3: As mentioned above you'll need to recreate your account when Tommy's back. Question 4: I would suggest you to PM a personal mail account(ie, Gmail or something like that) to Luigi123 wherein he'll send you your backup.

Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 2 hours.

Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

Our Root Admin, Krydos is currently rebuilding Tommy Server right now. It should be done in September.
