That's about right for Tommy. Our numbers for the week are 99.31% uptime, with the 0.7% down due to a user who caused high load. I've been on tommy for about 6 months now and have had very few issues (prior to that I was on Stevie, which is now Ricky, for 5 years with only 3 notable outages, one of which was planned).1 point

Merged the topics, and here's the instructions on how to switch servers. http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account We haven't made an official announcement, but we've been working on a simpler way to transfer servers that doesn't involve deleting your account and signing up again. As with all of our new beta features we allow our donors to test them out first though.1 point
