@bdistler: Byron or Krydos needs to remove that domain on our end. The "You must remove this DNS entry" message is always a root admin fix. You are right though, his domain is also currently pointed to 000's servers, so even when a root admin fixes it, it still won't work until he follows your instructions and adds the domain.1 point

You have to do it manually here. We don't use the cpanel plugin. Nyten's link is currently the best info on doing that.1 point
