  3. As soon as you open your cpanel, look to the upper right corner for your username. Click the dropdown menu and choose "Reset Page Settings".

  4. Mysql on Stevie crashed yesterday, and the user database got corrupted. The Heliohost admins have worked tirelessly overnight to get Stevie's Mysql back up and running. However, the user corruption means that each user will have to delete, recreate, and grant permissions to each database user that should have access to each Mysql database.
