  2. When we started offering Tommy accounts as a thank you gift to people who donated $1 or more back in 2016 the fees on each dollar were 3 cents, and we got 97 cents. That's 3% fees. Fast forward 9 years, and that same dollar now has 52 cents of fees taken out of it, and we only get 48 cents. That's 52% fees. We think that is completely ridiculous! PayPal and the credit card companies like Visa and MasterCard just keep getting greedier and greedier, and punishing the people who do small transactions. There's not a lot we can do about it unfortunately. We recently set up a Stripe account and the fees are about the same. The $1 donation was never meant to be a way for us to get rich. We just choose a small donation amount to help separate the donors from the free accounts, and make it easier for people who don't want to deal with the short signup window for free accounts. With that in mind, we have reduced the price of the 7000 MB, 6000 MB, 5000 MB, and 4000 MB Tommy donations. The 3000 MB Tommy donation is staying the same, and we're increasing the donation amount slightly for the 2000 MB and 1000 MB plans. On the 1000 MB plan we will now be paying 27% fees which is still ridiculously high, but much better than 52% fees. We have also added a cryptocurrency integration into the Tommy signup page. Depending on the wallet, the cryptocurrency, and the network you use the fees could be less than 2 cents. If you decide to use the new cryptocurrency integration we would love to hear some feedback on how it well it worked for you. If people like it we could add crypto payments to Morty accounts and VPS as well.
  3. This one was either a false detection on our part, or the proxy has been removed. I wasn't the one who suspended it, but the typical proxy users have been installing is a node-based proxy called vless (also called Xray) along with Cloudflare Tunnels and nezhaJS. None of it works properly on Plesk because of the firewall, there's no way to stop it once started, and all of it is extremely heavy to the point that it can crash the server, so we banned proxies. Users wanting to run this thing are welcome to buy a VPS...it will actually work and not impact thousands of other users that way. Your account doesn't seem to have any of the usual content related to this proxy on it, though I do see residue from a former node app which may have been the proxy at one point... At the moment, all I see is WP which is what you described. Unsuspended.
  4. Witch means host a proxy? i just use your host to make a blog by webpress , please make sure it . It is just a blog .
  5. It looks like you have 2 accounts. The first account is emmanuelfosso205 which was created on Johnny on 2024-09-29, and on 2025-06-06 you paid $5 to move the account to Morty. The second account is emmanuelfosso206 which was created on Johnny on 2025-05-21, and on 2025-06-06 you paid $1 to move the account to Tommy. Each person is only allowed to have 1 account on Johnny or Tommy, so from 2025-05-21 until 2025-06-06 you were actually violating our terms of service by having 2 Johnny accounts, but since 1 of the accounts is on Morty now you're fine. I don't see any storage space upgrades though. What is the transaction ID of the storage space upgrade?
  6. Please do not create multiple topics for one issue. a root admin will investigate the issue when they are available.
  7. Dear Heliohost Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently paid and received a notification stating that my storage space has been increased . However, I have not noticed the increase in my Plesk panel yet. Could you please assist me in ensuring that the upgrade has been applied correctly? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Emmanuelfosso206

  10. Removed. If you need any of the files that were hosted on that domain, a backup is available here: https://heliohost.org/backup/
  11. Domain changed. It may take up to two hours to start working.
  12. username: jenfull3 domain: gebu8f.top
  13. Proxies are not permitted on Plesk plans. Users wishing to host a proxy are encouraged to purchase a VPS.
  14. Due to federal regulations, HelioHost is unable to provide services to users in the country of Iran. We are not allowed to do business with any person residing in or having an affiliation with Iran. This isn't us unfortunately, it's our government. We are located in the USA, which has made it illegal to do business with Iran. As a result, it is illegal for us to serve you. If our government could get along with yours, we would love to serve you, but until our laws change, that cannot happen for legal reasons. All US-based web hosts have the same restriction too, so it's not just us. You'll need to find a non-US-based web host.
  15. my account has been suspended please unsuspen it
  16. my username is yriver , now my account has been suspended , i have made a web through this host , it is only work for me , so i just visit it periodically about 3-5 days , it won't occupy too many resources , so please unsuspend it
  17. Something on your account is still trying to send emails, and the server has removed your mail service again as a result. Your account tried to send 220 emails earlier today. Do you have email forwarding set up by chance? Forwarders are a very common way to get suspended for overuse of email.
  18. Yesterday
  19. kindly create subdomain eisa.helioho.st
  20. No problem A few others also use it as well and have turned it back on. It's not an issue if its being used. The issues we saw were because every single one of the 4000+ domains on the server had it enabled, which meant lots of resources going to webmail subdomains that nobody used, and lots of exposure to bots that wanted to break in and send spam. By turning it off on domains where it's not needed, we save resources (both in terms of Apache vhosts and CPU/RAM use), and also substantially reduce Roundcube's exposure to abusive bots because the webmail subdomains simply show the (static HTML) queued page instead of Roundcube when its disabled.
  21. Dear Wolstech, thank you for your quick reply and clear explanation. Sorry for being the (maybe) only person on your platform who is actually using the webmail feature. To answer your question: at the moment it has not disabled itself automatically yet. I will keep track of it. Thank you again! 🙂 🙏
  22. Domain added. You do realize you can ask for more than one domain at a time right? For the storage space, you can do that here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/
  23. We did a bulk-disable of webmail on all accounts recently because it was determined that webmail was responsible for PHP not working properly on our servers, 503 errors, and long Apache restart times due to wasted vhosts. Accounts also no longer come with webmail by default. The majority of our users don't use it. Disabling webmail for everyone was one of the many things done as part of this maintenance: https://helionet.org/index/topic/64578-johnny-maintenance/ That said, this was a one-time process and it should not remove itself repeatedly. If you turn it back on, it should stay enabled going forward. Turning it back on does require you wait 2 hours for an Apache restart before it will work again. Is it disabling itself again after you turn it back on?
  24. Thank You sir
  25. Dear support team, Just recently I found out that I can not access webmail through a web browser. In the past I could. Then I saw that in the control panel that webmail was disabled (see pic1 and pic2). I enabled webmail for all e-mail addresses in my account and thought all would be fine (see pic3 and pic4). Today however I could not access webmail again. When checking the settings in the control panel, I saw that webmail settings had disappeared again and that webmail had been disables again (automatically?) (pic1 and pic2). I again enabled webmail for all e-mail adresses (pic3 and pic4). Questions: 1) why is webmail/Roundcube disabled? Is it because of a bug or is it done automatically? 2) I use webmail, so how to enable it permanently for the e-mail addresses setup in my account? I searches the forum but I could not find answers to my questions. Your help and assistance is appreciated very much. Thank you and kind regards. 🙂
