No worries on the duplicate topic, however I can't take a look at the disk space issue because the account is currently archived. If you want us to take a look and possibly delete some of your unnecessary files for you, you'll need to unarchive the account first.

We cannot remove this domain as the account associated with it is currently archived. you will need to unarchive by logging in to your dashboard.

I can’t access Plesk/File Manager to delete large files and reduce usage. Could you please temporarily unsuspend the account so I can delete files, or (if easier) delete a few large items for me (old backups / archives / logs / trash) to bring me back under the limit? Thank you

We have reason to believe you created more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account (unless they purchase Morty accounts for all accounts besides the first). Can you explain?

A few days ago, I bought my very first own VPS here on Heliohost. I managed to setup an Apache web server to serve my personal web site. Since yesterday, I started to setup my own email server as well. I just got a problem, I can't seem to find a good resource on how to setup a Postfix and Dovecot to use a virtual mailbox. I have these few emails: mail@bochard.net, git@bochard.net, (I forgot the other ones). But, instead of creating a user for each of them, I would like to settle to one user only (excluding the root). What I thought is to use a virtual mailbox so they would go all into the same directory, like for instance, /var/mail/vmail/bochard.net/mail (for mail@bochard.net), /var/mail/vmail/bochard.net/git (for git@bochard.net). And importantly, each email can be logged in using an email client. Really hoping someone could help. Thank youu!! ------- PS. I just realised that this should be posted of Questions forum instead. We're increasing the domain limit on the Morty server from 10 to 15! After a year of running our newest plan, Morty, we are still seeing great performance. This plan has nearly perfect uptime, great speeds, and Apache still restarts quite quickly. Therefore we are increasing the domain limit on Morty. If you need more than 15 domains you're welcome to create multiple Morty accounts, or switch to one of our VPS plans which allow unlimited domains. On the other hand, our free Johnny plan is still quite overcrowded and slow. In order to help speed up the server we're reducing the domain limit from 10 to 5. Our mission as a non-profit is to provide free hosting to as many people in need as we can. Our mission is NOT to provide free hosting to just a few people who each have a ridiculous number of domains. We think it best supports our mission to set a reasonable limit to make sure a few entitled people don't hog all of our free resources. If you need more than 5 domains you can make a one-time donation of only $2 to move to Tommy and have 10 domains available, or upgrade to Morty or a VPS. There are a few Johnny users who currently have more than 5 domains, and they will be allowed to keep their current domains for now, but if they want to add or change any of their domains, they will be required to comply with our new limit or upgrade to a plan that supports more domains.
