Domain added. Please be sure to update your IP addresses on Cloudflare, as they have changed due to moving to Tommy. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Only domains ending in .heliohost.us and .helioho.st are free. That domain shows as being registered to Otis Elevator Company, so I doubt you own this domain, and such can't use it. If you do own it, you're welcome to host it here, but we don't want to go through the work of setting it up only for you realize this afterwards.

This support request is being escalated to our root admins.

That account is already deleted and the domain should already be available for reuse. You should be able to reuse the domain on a new account at this point. If you want to reuse the account username, your donation for Tommy needs to come from the same email address that was on the Johnny account and forum account. Alternately, you could recreate the Johnny account by logging in (which will create an empty Johnny account for you), then upgrade that account to Tommy through the dashboard.

The finished (compiled) websites are in the dist folders in those archives. If you just want to publish the site, you should upload the contents of the dist folder into httpdocs. If you wanted the other one, simply delete everything except the cgi-bin folder and zip files, then upload the contents of the other archive's dist folder.
