  1. Today
  2. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  3. Please add a new domain to my account " notrack.co.uk "
  4. By the way, just asking out of interest, where do you add the private DKIM key? I know the public DKIM key is added as a TXT data-set on the DNS. But where do you add the private key? Is that on de DNS? On the MX-server? Somewhere else? How does that work?
  5. You're welcome to work on gnu social here, just keep an eye on your load chart https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If you need more than 10k CPU you can upgrade to Morty at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/
  6. Thank you, i´ll work on the project elsewhere. I don´t want to use your CPU which is why i paid for Deepseek because i thought it wouldn't use it.
  7. The Softaculous software you installed are pmwiki and gnu social. Neither have anything to do with AI. We think the load may have come from Softaculous trying to do a daily backup of the the gnu social program you installed. If you were editing the gnu social source code maybe that's why Softaculous acted so strangely. Unsuspended.
  8. Nope nothing, i think their ai feature is running in the background to complete the request for EXIF protection.
  9. Yesterday
  10. Were you doing anything with Softaculous at the time of your suspension? How were you editing the GNU social files?
  11. High server load. 11347.00 CPU. You used your entire day's CPU quota in 3.5 hours. Something you recently ran is way too heavy for Tommy. It kind of looks like a Softaculous malfunction based on the process list. I'm going to have Krydos look at this because its rather unusual and I've never actually seen a suspension that looks quite like this one with Softaculous burning through your CPU like that. 12. Hi, i was working on bringing GNU Social back to modern day internet. I used the Paid Deepseek to fast forward the more difficult network issues. I did not use it for Social marking or anything related to it. The current version is not ready to be shipped since it has security problems that required to be added. The only thing i can think off that cause the trigger of my suspension is Deepseek doing something during implementation of EXIF protection. That was to stop hackers from adding fake meta data on images which would cause remote hacking. Obviously it should only create the EXIF protection and not mess around but maybe it trigger the large data rule when it tried to download something from github or web that i don´t know were because the moment i saw it i got kicked out of the account. Softaculous ai feature is kinda at fault for this too, i assume it won´t cause problems and they claim it has safety features, maybe the ai found a bypass, i don´t know. I don´t want to create a social marking that breaks this rule, i was just testing it. Haven´t announce anything to the community or anything. I´ll stop testing it on here and try somewhere else. The current WIP GNU Social has working ActivityPub (maybe also the reason it trigger the large data rule) and it´s slowly adding features. So please don´t make me lose progress on bring back GNU Social, at the very least let me download the backup version so i may progress. Also sorry if something did break on the server and it´s the reason as well.
  13. That behavior is pretty normal for users on any plan that isn't Morty or a VPS. It's caused by Apache restarting to load new configurations: https://wiki.helionet.org/502_Bad_Gateway It happens approximately every 2 hours and lasts several minutes.
  14. sqv

    Error 502

Sometimes I get error 502. Why? Is there a fix? www.smettoquandovoglio.org
  15. Why did you unsubscribe from our emails? Was it a mistake? Why did you expect to get an email after telling us you didn't want to receive any emails anymore?
  16. Interesting that paypal's email didn't deliver, but I did find out why you never got the warning...you unsubscribed from our emails (perhaps the recent phishing PSA email we sent?), which stops all email including billing and service related emails. I re-subscribed you so you'll get the email next month.
  17. Thanks, the VPS is back up. The mails were indeed not received -- yours and Paypal's normally land in the inbox and the spambox was clean. I will be attentive for what happens next month. Thanks again and best regards.
  18. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for all your domains.
  19. Thank you dear @Krydos for your swift response. The reason to add all the ip4 and ip6 numbers is just for redundancy. I realised that when Johnny crashed and my account was moved to Morty, already then the SPF, DMARC and DKIM records which were setup for Johnny) were not effective anymore when on Morty. And since my account has been moved from Morty to Morty2, "v=spf1 ip4:65.19.154.93 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::1011 include:_spf.google.com include:smtp.spf.ziggo.nl ~all" is perfect. )) Leaves us with DMARC and DKIM settings. Kindly waiting for an update on those settings. Kind regards and thank you very much.
  20. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  21. You can actually do this yourself. Log into your account at https://heliohost.org/login/ -> Continue to Plesk->Click your username in the upper right corner->Edit Profile. Please note that once you change the email, it can take several hours for systems to sync up before it becomes effective for our website/dashboard. If you use your forum account, please note that it will also need to be manually changed in your forum profile. If you're unable to change your email address for some reason, please let us know and an admin can manually update it for you.
  22. Can you explain why you need to send emails from Morty (which has been deleted) and Johnny (which your account is no longer on)? I think this SPF makes more sense: "v=spf1 ip4:65.19.154.93 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::1011 include:_spf.google.com include:smtp.spf.ziggo.nl ~all"
  23. Username: snoow, Server: Tommy, Main domain: snoow.cf Hi, Please update my account to email address cristian.silaghi@proton.me Thank you in advance. Best Regards, Cristian Silaghi
  24. What is the correct DKIM value?
  25. Hello Can you add this domain to my account ? allstone allstone.lt thank you Andrius
