Johnny hasn't been rebuilt yet, an announcement will be made when it is finished. a root admin can send you an invite to morty for free until the rebuild is finished so you do not experience significant downtime. -

Thank you for installing the modules! I also notice that the Python/mod_wsgi option is not showing in my Plesk dashboard for ctrlroom.heliohost.us. On Morty, my Flask app ran via mod_wsgi with the entry point at: /home/ctrlroom.heliohost.us/httpdocs/workboard/flask.wsgi Could you please enable mod_wsgi for Python on my domain so I can configure the Python app in Plesk? Thank you -

This is why we emailed you on April 27th to let you know that the modules wouldn't be transferred, and you would need to request them again. We advised you to request them in advance so there would be no downtime when you were moved 2 weeks later. Krydos can take a look, but the fact your account only existed for about 3 weeks reduces the odds of being able to recover any databases. The ones we have recovered primarily came from older backups or account archives that existed before the crash (such backups are system-created when an account is archived from inactivity, and are often created by an admin when an account is reset). What was the name of the database? Also, do you know the name of any of the tables in that database? -
