Plesk generates the private key for the DKIM and stores it securely along with the private keys for SSL. When you send an email from Plesk with DKIM enabled it Plesk uses the private key to generate a DKIM signature that remote mail servers can use the public key provided via DNS to verify that the email is legitimate.

Since you're not using our name servers, this is not something we can do for you. You'll need to do this yourself. The DKIM records can be gotten from Plesk as they are unique to each account. For SPF, the record should have no name (or the same name as your domain, it should be in the root), and you use this value: "v=spf1 include:johnny.heliohost.org ~all" For DMARC, name the record _DMARC and use this value: "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine"

By the way, just asking out of interest, where do you add the private DKIM key? I know the public DKIM key is added as a TXT data-set on the DNS. But where do you add the private key? Is that on de DNS? On the MX-server? Somewhere else? How does that work?

The Softaculous software you installed are pmwiki and gnu social. Neither have anything to do with AI. We think the load may have come from Softaculous trying to do a daily backup of the the gnu social program you installed. If you were editing the gnu social source code maybe that's why Softaculous acted so strangely. Unsuspended.

Nope nothing, i think their ai feature is running in the background to complete the request for EXIF protection.

Were you doing anything with Softaculous at the time of your suspension? How were you editing the GNU social files?
