Hello, I am receiving a Let's Encrypt renewal error for my account "talesaz" (domain: babalon.com.br). The renewal is failing with an NXDOMAIN error because the subdomain "mail.babalon.com.br" is missing its A/AAAA DNS records. Since I do not have access to the DNS configurations to fix this myself, could you please either add the missing DNS record for "mail" or help me renew the certificate excluding the mail subdomain? Thank you!

Hey I told my friend Matt about how helio host offers vps servers, and he was interested in signing up, but when he tried to sign up, it said something about that there is a wait list for new vps servers, I checked the news forum and didn't see any announcements about that, so I was just seeing what was going on with that, so I know what I should tell him, as he is really interested in setting up a vps.

I've added that domain to your account for you. To configure your DNS, please either set your NS records to the HelioHost nameservers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org), or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address. You can see the IP addresses inside Plesk. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache.

That bottom checkbox "My server requires authentication" needs to be checked. Username and password are the same as for incoming. I'm not sure what is in the settings button next to it, but take a look there too. If it has port and connection type as options, make sure outgoing port is 465 and connection type is SSL.

Once an account is unsuspended, it can take up to 2 hours for the site to fully reinstate, since an Apache restart is needed and those begin every 2 hours. After a full 2 hours, please clear your web browser cache and try again, and let us know if you still can't access the site. -

Thank you! The account is active, but when I want to visit website, it shows error 503 Service Unavailable. I need to go to to Wordpress dashboard for doing backup before any change. It is only necessary to wait when everything starts to work again, or is there some other problem? (I need to back up it by Wordpress plugin because I want to use that version to my Wordpress Local sites program where I test it) -

Hello! Unfortunately WordPress is very demanding on server resources. Your account was suspended for high server load: 10031.60 CPU, when the limit is 10000 daily. I've unsuspended your account now. Please fix the issue quickly since if you don't make any changes, another suspension is likely. We strongly recommend not using WordPress at all. But if moving away from WP is not an option, we recommend you keep a very close eye on your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If at any point you become concerned about your account server usage load getting you suspended, you can add "deny from all" to the bottom of your '.htaccess' file to take the site offline. Once that's been done, the site should stop generating load practically instantly. -

Hello, I've worked on creating small comunity wordpress website with my friends and we probably hit the limits of hosting, beucause I hadn't got clear idea about traffic and loading. I am sorry about it. We found the better solutions for us (and for your servers too). So we won't hit the limits again. Would it be possible to unsuspend the website, please? I will only get the back up of todays work that my friends did. No other demanding activities. My username is terezajanska. Thank you! Tereza
