The link didn't work, so I went to http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php and put in my username manually, but it said I didn't exist. I couldn't log into cpanel from the home page for some reason, so I tried to reset my password. I never got an email with a confirmation code. My account was manually unsuspended, but I still haven't gotten an email about resetting my password, so I'm still locked out of cpanel. Quote
