log programs "locked out by administrator"

I'd like to use webalizer to analyze my site's traffic, but all log programs (cPanel -> logs -> choose log programs) are locked out and none can be activated.

Could you please unlock them, or at least webalizer?

Stats were disabled a while back to help reduce load on the servers and thereby give better uptime and faster page loads.

 

http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Site_statistics Explains that further and gives some suggestions on statistics programs to use. I've been using google analytics myself and it seems pretty decent.
