jje Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 Yep, we usually delete the addon domain when that error shows up. The addon domain 'x-creations.co.nz' has now been deleted. You may now recreate your addon domain. Quote

jje Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 Do you have two accounts? If so, could you provide the other account's details? According to the database, host1x is in the database and is Inactive (in the queue for deletion). I can delete the account manually for you if you like so you can try again? The code that I ran at Stevie specified the following Username: host1x Addon Domain: x-creations.co.nzIs this correct? Quote

When an account is queued for deletion it can sometimes take a couple days to clear out completely. Either that or jje did manually delete it already. User: host2x Url: host2x.heliohost.org This account is still active. The reason the server transfer probably went a bit weird was because you started trying to create the new account before the old account was completely deleted. That's why the wiki suggests delete -> wait 48 hours -> create -> wait 48 hours -> and then it should all be functional again. http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Moving_your_account Quote
