Second, if you haven't already please try typing your username in this script http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew to try to reactivate your account. If that doesn't work could you provide some additional information so the admins can diagnose and hopefully fix this issue for you. 1. Your username 2. Your domain name 3. paglu29 Posted June 7, 2011 Author Share Posted June 7, 2011 Okie, Sorry for my bad English, Also my username is : paglu29 domain : aksharhardware.in Server : stevie I have also tried to renew / reactivate it the account from script menu from heliohost.org but it showed me the error as follows "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive.
