i used to be really happy with hiliohost...

 

n thnx for such a wonderful stuffs..

 

but few days back i recieved that my account has been inactivated n stuffs

 

also... one more thing when i tried to log into hiliohost it said that .. the username does not exists in database

 

can you please help me to recall my website again n .. help me running it back

 

as i used to login everyday almost . in my website.. but neways

 

help needed to restore my webbie.. plz

First of all, please make every effort to use correct grammar and spelling so that anyone other than you who reads your posts can understand what you are saying.

 

Second, if you haven't already please try typing your username in this script http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew to try to reactivate your account. If that doesn't work could you provide some additional information so the admins can diagnose and hopefully fix this issue for you.

Also my username is : paglu29

domain : aksharhardware.in

Server : stevie

 

I have also tried to renew / reactivate it the account from script menu from heliohost.org but it showed me the error as follows

 

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."
