phoenix3 Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Hi, I'm the guy who posted http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9445 username: phoenix3 domain name: phoenix-nest.net server: johnny I'm sorry to tell you that nothing has changed from yesterday. GoDaddy keeps telling me that no nameservers can be found (although I checked from cPanel that DNS records are ok) and I get the "account queued" page when accessing http://64.62.211.131/ I tried clearing browser cache, and nothing changes. By the way, the account was effectively created from China, but now I'm trying to access it from Europe.
Byron Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Ashoat Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 Though I am able to query your nameserver records from who.is, I am unable to get the NS record from where I am and from Cody. Have you changed your nameservers recently?
phoenix3 Posted May 31, 2011 Author Posted May 31, 2011 Nope. I set them when I created the account (10 days ago) and set them again a couple of day later (when I saw that they were not working) just to be sure that was not the problem.
Ashoat Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 Looks like DNS records are out of sync. I'm resyncing them as we speak, so hopefully you should be okay within 24 hours.
phoenix3 Posted June 3, 2011 Author Posted June 3, 2011 Unfortunately there have been no changes. Maybe I am wrong, but the fact that the website still shows the Account queued page makes me think that it could not be only a DNS problem.
Krydos Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 Unfortunately there have been no changes. Maybe I am wrong, but the fact that the website still shows the Account queued page makes me think that it could not be only a DNS problem. Maybe I am wrong too, but I'm pretty sure as long as you try to access http://64.62.211.131/ directly it's always going to show the account queued page because apache is never going to be provided with an account name to access. However, I can confirm http://phoenix-nest.net still isn't loading for me either, and the dns nameserver stuff still appears to be set correctly with godaddy. As far as I can tell it's almost like your account doesn't even exist, but I'm not an administrator with access to the databases. You can log into cpanel right?
phoenix3 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Posted June 9, 2011 Sorry guys, but since there had been no progress over several days I decided to switch to another hosting service. Sorry for bothering you.
