Golden Chang
I looked up your DNS record and got this result: ellalanguages.co.cc host: ellalanguages.co.cc type: NS target: ns2.heliohost.org class: IN ttl: 3600 host: ellalanguages.co.cc type: NS target: ns1.heliohost.org class: IN ttl: 3600 I wonder why is your ttl -> 3600? I tried some other sites, and I all got ttl -> 86400 I'm not sure if this is the problem.
jje
@Golden_Chang - I tried the DNS checker on my working co.cc domain and it has TTL 3600. I'm sure it's fine. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

savetree
It must have been the bad domain name causing my problems because I can now access my files. Thank you for pointing out my error

Exxcar
I created an account a few days ago, and I used my co.cc domain, and I used the nameservers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. I then waited for the suggested 48 hours, to see if the problem would be fixed, but neither myself, or any of my friends can access the page. I've even tried clearing my dns cache on my router, to no avail. I can log into cpanel from the Heliohost homepage with no problems, but I can't see my webiste. I really need help with this, I want to start working on my website. My account is exxcar cpanel: http://exxcar.co.cc/cpanel (at least it should be)
Evan
I am having the exact same problem, but with a subdomain account. When I follow the links to my domain and control panel URL, I get my browser/ISP's message that the page does not exist. Not only have I cleared my browser cache, but I've tried from multiple computers and multiple internet connections, so I know the problem isn't on my end. I can also sign into my cpanel from the heliohost main site, but can't access FTP etc. I created the account May 20th, so it's been well over 48 hours. My heliohost username is Evan and my subdomain is evansgame.heliohost.org. I'm also in a hurry to get working on my site. Help with this would be greatly appreciated
