Periodic outages

Hi, sorry if this is a bit rude, and sorry if this is in the wrong section, but lately, heliohost.org, helionet.org, and my website on Johnny seem to alternate between loading fine, loading slowly, and not loading at all.

 

Is there something going on that is affecting all of these, or is it just a problem on my end?

HelioHost's servers recently had a power outage (see http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9234). This has caused some complications with the servers, but things should be back to normal soon.
