I'm not sure if this is related to the account queued issue on Stevie at the moment, but the script to reactivate my account doesn't appear to be working? It says: "either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive." I tried clicking the link in the email that I got 5 days ago, but my account is still suspended... To confirm that I did actually delete my account, I tried viewing my webpage. Instead of saying 'Account Queued for Deletion' or something, it says 'Account Suspended' instead. Is this normal?

Hi, sorry if this is a bit rude, and sorry if this is in the wrong section, but lately, heliohost.org, helionet.org, and my website on Johnny seem to alternate between loading fine, loading slowly, and not loading at all. Is there something going on that is affecting all of these, or is it just a problem on my end?

I have a Simple Machines Forum at http://robotics1.multiscale.co.cc/forum/ Username: deflect Sever: Johnny I used Softaculous earlier today around lunchtime to create the forum, and it worked fine until I checked it at approximately 2:45 PM PST, at which point it started returning a '500 Internal Server Error'. All of my HTML files work fine, and I haven't been messing around with any .htaccess files or other settings lately. Help? Edit: Okay, I'm confused now. I just retried accessing the forum, and it works (3:22 PM). So... I guess this post can be deleted or disregarded?

Hello, I currently have an account here and have a website hosted on Johnny. Recently, I started creating a website for a club at school, and wanted to host it here. Am I allowed to create a separate account for the club's website instead of using mine? Will I be penalized for attempting to create an account using the same IP address I used to make my account?

I've noticed that whenever I am directed to an 'error' page (such as 404 errors, 500 errors, etc), or when I am examining various environment variables while scripting, that the server admin for my site seems to be 'webmaster@multiscale.co.cc'. Is there a way to change that email address? I've looked through cPanel several times, and haven't found anything that appears to change it.

I have a different python script that I'm trying out http://www.multiscale.co.cc/cgi-bin/test3.py and I added a <!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/test3.py" --> tag to my webpage, but sometimes the html from the python script vanishes from the webpage but reappears later, which is really weird.

The exact same thing is happening to me and my website. Like janusdouble, I had just set up my website pretty recently. I registered just yesterday. I was able to work on my website fine until about 20 minutes ago.

Hello -- I tried logging in today (Saturday, April 2nd, 2011 @ approx 9:50 AM PST), and was informed that I was 'hacked'. I took a screenshot: http://i56.tinypic.com/igztcw.jpg Is this a problem just on my end, or was Heliohost really hacked? (This is my first post on this forum, so I apologize in advance if I've done anything wrong.) Update: It looks like the home page of my website is displaying the same thing, but all my other webpages are displaying their normal stuff.
