I tried to create a new account, but received the following error: "Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for <<Domain Name>> already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)" Any chance you could remove it from the dns cluster for me so I can create a new account and get up and running again?
