Getting the same "Account Queued" issue here. It seems to have been down for a couple of days?

My account was deleted and I missed the 1-week window to reinstate it. I tried to create a new account, but received the following error: "Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for <<Domain Name>> already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)" Any chance you could remove it from the dns cluster for me so I can create a new account and get up and running again? Sorry for the trouble, thanks, and let me know if I can provide more info.

Added. Is this preferred to changing the Main Domain? If so, what is the reason behind that? Yes, we prefer if you use parked domains. The effect is the same, it's less work for us, and you can still use your heliohost.org subdomain. Works for me. www.scra.me is moved over, but scra.me seems to be pointing to the old host still. Does this just need time to resolve?
