However, (correct me if I'm wrong) Geoff is on /home1/ so he is not having any troubles. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. It was created before heliohost created the /home1 partion. I think this is really just high server load. It "happens" to me sometimes, but waiting 20 seconds usually solves the problem.
