I would like to delete my account

I have an SQL database on my heliohost account. Can i download the entire database to my hard disk and keep an offline backup? If yes, how?

I just bought a .com domain on the net and want to configure it. What do i have in the fields for DNS? I have been told to contact my hosting provider for that. I would be glad id i could get a quick response my username is rishi and my site on heliohost is rishi.heliohost.org heliohost has its dns as ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Am i supposed to set that as my dns? my cpanel username is rishi and my site is rishi.heliohost.org which i want to link with my newly purchased dot com host. Please help me out.

same issue of 'fetching.....' in my cpanel too. although its now fine since the past two days

in my cpanel file manager it shows fetching directory components and remains as it is for long time but the site http://rishi.heliohost.org shows up. My username is rishi. Is my problem also due to server load?

Thank you Geoff for quick response. I hope that this problem does not repeat in near future. It has hardly been a week that i shifted my site to heliohost hoping for better file hosting and i faced this issue. my site is http://rishi.heliohost.org

I am also having the same problem. Could we please get an email notification as soon as the site is up?
