Downtime

Hi guys,

 

do you know what's the reason for HelioHost being so often down for few minutes and hours in the recent days? Sometimes, when I try to access my website, I recognize that HelioHost isn't available at all. During the last week, it happens every day at least one time. I have no idea what is going on.

Sometimes it's server overload but for Sat. and Sun. this was the problem quoted from djbob.

 

This was the cPanel support team's bad... they forgot a vital step when they were rebuilding Apache. Should be okay now.
