Adding Database Error

I am using johnny server & I used its database but had 500 error so I switched to another database after adding it to my .env still having error please fix it.

 

DB_HOST=s1304.sgp1.mysecurecloudhost.com
DB_PORT=3306
DB_NAME=therimon_rewriteDB
DB_USER=therimon_RWdB123
DB_PASSWORD=

It might be because of heliohost restriction. Please fix it or anyone please help me how to fix it.

Which application/domain is having the issue?

When I just viewed your domains it looks like they're not even hosted here.

Previously my website was on notrack.co.uk but i shifted it on upload.notrack.co.uk

The database settings in your .env file are invalid. I tried logging into that database directly with another app and the server connection timed out.

It's not your app, but rather invalid database server info (or perhaps whoever is hosting your database doesn't accept remote connections).
